ABOUT:
Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Raja Harpal Singh Govt College Harpalpur has been formed in the year 2021 to establish the right balance between health and development of the college along with ensuring proper improvement in overall performance of the institution and dedication and commitment to quality.

FUNCTION OF IQAC:

1. Development & application of quality benchmarks/parameters for various activities of the institution.

2. Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education & faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge & technology for participatory teaching & learning process.

3. Promotion of research culture among faculty members & students.

4. Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents & other stakeholders on quality related institutional processes.

5. Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.

6. Organization of workshops, seminars & special lectures on quality related themes.

7. Documentation of the various program / activities leading to quality improvement.

8. Acting as a nodal agency of the institution for coordinating quality-related activities including adoption & dissemination of best practices.

9. Preparation of the Annual Quality Report (AQAR) as per guidelines & parameters of NAAC to be submitted to NAAC.
